Since starting martial arts at the age of 5, I have been on a 18+ year journey to become the best human being I can possibly be.
I am a lifelong martial artist, cyclist, camping and nature enthusiast, athlete, animal lover, and learner. I have a passion for adventure, and I wish to inspire others to live lives free from suffering and to live with passion and without fear.
The martial arts way: the quest to perfect body, mind, and spirt. I was attracted to the martial arts way as a child, and it has been my dream ever since to pursue it as a career and way of life. Through martial arts, I am able express my creative spirit, build and foster meaningful connections with other human beings, and help guide others to become their best selves.
